The Change Management (Associate) support organizational changes and process improvements. The role involves monitoring change requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in the smooth implementation of changes. This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams to achieve business goals.

SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Ability to monitor and manage Requests for Change (RFC) effectively
  • Skilled in assessing and understanding the scope, requirements, and impact of changes
  • Competence in identifying stakeholders affected by change initiatives
  • Strong leadership in guiding and implementing change processes
  • Excellent negotiation and influence skills to gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Exceptional organizational and process management skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role
  • Proven track record in handling and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Strong understanding of organizational processes and workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
