Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in their transformation journeys by designing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with the workstream leads to develop training programs and materials, ensuring users are well-educated on the new system and maintaining clear communication throughout the project.
  • Work with clients to develop communication and engagement plans that align with the change management strategy and integrate these activities into the overall project plan.
  • Conduct and track Change Impact Assessments to evaluate the effects of change.
  • Create communication materials in various formats and support the development and delivery of presentations.
  • Conduct change surveys, analyze results, and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients to define training approaches and plans that ensure effective delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 2-3 full-cycle project implementations (preferably e-procurement – Ivalue, Coupa, Ariba or other technology platforms).
  • Proven expertise in applying change management methodologies and leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong critical thinking, listening, and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in f
  • ast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and statistical modeling.Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative work style.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Mass Communications, English Literature, Business or a related field (preferred)
