The Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry. This role requires expertise in handling inquiries, resolving order issues, updating inventory, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving order discrepancies, and providing excellent support via chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds, and provide exceptional support.
- Order Fulfillment: Enter, update, and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the seller account.
- Third-Party Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
- eCommerce Operations: Assist with operations on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in e-commerce order processing or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
