Customer Support Expert

Ignition seeks a seasoned Customer Support Advocate to join its dynamic team.

  • As the primary point of contact for clients, you will own customer communications and resolve issues from initial request through resolution.
  • You will play a pivotal role in scaling our support function by maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating with teams across the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert in all aspects of Ignition's products and services.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to the development team.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with various software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
