Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on Elite 3E software functionality and usage.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring seamless status updates throughout the service request lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests using case management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements of Elite 3E software, providing expert advice to customers on its optimal utilization.

In this role, you will also develop and maintain expertise in SQL skills to analyze and troubleshoot complex financial data.
