Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support on Hostinger products and troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support on Hostinger products and resolve complex technical issues through live chat and tickets.
  • Break down intricate technical problems into actionable steps that cater to customers of all skill levels.
  • Collaborate with various teams or projects to enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a smarter, more intuitive support system using the Kodee AI Assistant.
  • Stay up-to-date on Hostinger product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within your work, team, and department.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (C1 or native level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, preferably through live chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management platforms (e.g., WordPress), hosting control panels (e.g., hPanel, cPanel), email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms.
  • Experience contributing to or improving AI-powered systems.
