We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
