Job Title: Leasing Associate

A senior role supporting the US Managing Director with leasing activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lease Administration: Prepare, review and execute lease agreements, ensuring timely compliance and minimizing risks.
  2. Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  3. Market Research: Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.
  4. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new tenants.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, asset managers and internal teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  6. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare reports and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Yardi experience a plus.
