Looking for Real Estate Agents Based in Quezon City. Reporting to office is not everyday. The property your going to handle is near Ayala Alabang. We are hiring Quezon City base agents to tap Q.C., San Juan, Mandaluyong, Manila clients.

Property is high end. There will be Commissions, Allowances, Booth Mannings, Events to support the lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Project is located in Las Pinas beside Ayala Southvale, must be willing to travel for viewing with client, training, meetings
  • Lead Generation
  • Marketing the project to get new leads
  • Knowledegable in Social Media Marketing
  • Manning booths and Events
  • Assist clients in buying Southlinks Estate lots.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Provide guidance on pricing, market conditions, and mortgages.
  • Assist necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
  • Negotiate deals with Buyers
  • Stay current on real estate laws and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requiements:

  • College Graduate of any course
  • At least 2 yrs experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • with pleasing personality
  • Can work under pressure, Goal oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php30,000.00 per month
