About the Role

The Leasing Associate position is a crucial part of our leasing team, responsible for managing inquiries, processing lease applications, coordinating with tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leasing team in handling tenant inquiries, viewings, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare lease agreements, renewal documents, and other related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with property management and other departments to address tenant concerns.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and databases.
  • Contribute to marketing available spaces and conducting market research.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and leasing updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
