Real Estate Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Agent to oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract execution. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Transaction: Craft offers, collaborate with MLS listings, and negotiate contracts.
  2. Marketing: Leverage digital platforms for consistent communication and create visual content using Canva.
  3. Transaction Management: Manage Google Sheets and CRM data entry to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
  5. Client Support: Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  6. Property Tours: Conduct market analyses and client consultations to offer informed advice.
  7. Negotiation: Negotiate offers and oversee the closing process to guarantee a smooth transaction.
  8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, contracts, and regulations.
Requirements
  1. Hold a valid Real Estate License.
  2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management.
  3. Experience with QuickBooks online.
  4. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, contracts, and regulations.
  5. Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
  7. Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing.
