We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to work with our client in the Commercial Real Estate field. The role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support investment decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, discuss findings externally, and write detailed analysis reports
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments
  • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients
  • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in Real Estate or similar fields, a degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Analytical experience that allows independent thinking, familiarity with FileMaker Pro, and great attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.
