New Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by generating leads, creating outbound sales campaigns, and connecting our sales team with potential clients.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy developing strategic relationships and have a talent for creative problem-solving. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing outreach strategies to reach new customers
- Researching and identifying potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information
- Conducting outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person meetings for the sales team
- Maintaining organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and campaigns
- Preferably hands-on experience with HubSpot, YAMM, and Quickbooks
- Available to work in US time zones
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
