Get To Know The Role

You will report to the Growth Marketing Head for New Businesses in a hybrid work arrangement. As a key member of the New Business Growth Marketing team, you will shape the future of this category-defining business. You will lead a team of marketers, providing strategic direction to develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and user adoption for the insurance and sustainability portfolio of GCash. You will oversee high-impact, results-driven campaigns, foster a high-performance team culture, and establish functional excellence. Your leadership will guide marketing plans and the development and execution of creative strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer demand, loyalty, and deeper connections with GCash users. You will collaborate with marketing teams (marketing communications, research, analytics, media, PR, etc.) and with commercial and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Marketing Managers/Leads, providing coaching, guidance, career opportunities, and hands-on support.
  • Drive go-to-market product and campaign launches by developing audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communication strategies; deliver campaigns with a strong growth and business impact.
  • Develop research plans to uncover customer insights, steer product and marketing roadmaps, and monitor the competitive landscape.
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and add analytical rigor to campaigns to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage partnerships with external partners and co-marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets to meet ROI benchmarks and ensure timely budget accruals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with experience leading teams in fast-paced companies.
  • Strong marketing strategy capabilities with ability to diagnose market and brand insights and implement winning strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset; able to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with bias toward action, collaboration, and delivering clear outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage diverse marketing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a track record of creating processes to enable efficiency.
  • Good relationship management and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
