Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in creating and developing new business opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers and initiate conversations to identify their needs, qualify their interests, and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
  • Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
  • Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
Requirements:
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
