Job Description
This is a remote work position on a night shift schedule. Our company is a performance-driven marketing and lead generation agency helping businesses grow through strategic outreach and consultative sales.
About the Role
The Business Development Outreach Specialist plays a key role in creating and developing new business opportunities. Primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers and initiating conversations to identify their needs, qualify their interests, and set up meetings or appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
- Research and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
- Maintain high-volume outreach productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
- Suggest and implement outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
- Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Maintain professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B setup. You should be able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas, possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive phone presence.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets. This requires being self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach.
