Job Title: Business Development Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry, with experience using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use AI tools and databases to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance (GDPR/Can-SPAM)
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry role, lead generation
  • Background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
  • Experience in utilizing tools such as G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects
