
Comprehensive Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our team.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support services for senior executives, delivering remote support in Australia and New Zealand.
Your primary role and responsibilities include calendar management, email correspondence, travel arrangements, expense tracking, event planning, timesheet submission, and client relationship building.
- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate diaries and schedules with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Email Correspondence: Screen, respond to and/or action emails as necessary.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange flight and hotel accommodations, and other logistical requirements.
- Expense Tracking: Track and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment requisition.
- Event Planning: Assist in setting up logistics (venue, catering, equipment) and coordination of invites and RSVPs.
- Timesheet Submission: Track, enter and submit the worked hours of the executive with weekly deadlines.
- Client Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients and their EAs, update and maintain client lists, and report on clients and/or markets.
- Time Management: Proficient time management with ability to prioritize workload.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident in interacting with clients and executives.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
