
Support Executive

This is a key role for an experienced professional to support the CTO and executive team in their day-to-day activities.
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level executive support to the CTO and executive team, including proactive calendar, inbox, and travel management. Coordinate and prioritize complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders. Track and follow up on key projects, action items, and deliverables across technical departments. Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for leadership, project, and board meetings. Draft and proofread internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and technical documents. Liaise with Software Development, DevOps, Operations, Support, Data, and QA teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
Required Skills and QualificationsMust Have:
- 5+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership, or technical executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Comfortable participating in technical and product-focused discussions.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in technology or SaaS company.
- Ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
- Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or other project management tools.
- Exposure to ISO27001, GDPR, or compliance processes.
- Interest in the tech sector with eagerness to learn new concepts.
