Payroll Specialist Role

The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient and quality payroll, benefits, and human resources administration services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive payroll and benefits administration services in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services that meet their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, internal partners, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously review and improve processes to optimize the service experience and meet quality targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment is required.
  • PC certification is necessary; candidates should be able to obtain it within 18 months of employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of PC literacy and software usage, particularly Word, Excel, and the internet, is required.
