Job Title: Global Card Operations Business Analyst

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial cardholders by providing operations support to our leadership team. This includes addressing business data and reporting needs, engaging in independent decision-making, and supporting reporting needs from data management to data visualization.

This position offers the opportunity to interact professionally with internal partners to build strong relationships, monitor and prioritize workloads for chargeback and specialty manual processes, and take responsibility for the quality of work submitted.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective and standard operational processes, improving and maintaining a controlled environment with appropriate control activities and risk awareness, and ensuring deal deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as single point of contact for any reporting needs.
  • Design, collate, and publish dashboards and reports as needed; maintain various sets of reports as needed.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal clients by anticipating needs, taking feedback, and conducting conferences.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge and experience with data entry, management, wrangling, and visualization tools.

They will also have critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence employee morale and multi-task and be self-directed.

A minimum of 3 years of data management experience is required, with expertise in data management and visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Card Operations is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of payment processing industry, Visa/MasterCard operating rules and regulations pertaining to Disputes and Fraud (preferred).
