Position Summary

As a Business Analyst within the Commercial Card Claims Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Commercial Cardholders. You will be responsible for providing operations support to our Leadership Team by addressing business data and reporting needs. This role offers the opportunity to engage in independent decision-making, support reporting needs from data management to data visualization, and interact professionally with internal partners to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acting as single point of contact for any reporting needs
• Designs, collates, and publishes dashboards and reports as needed; maintaining various sets of reports as needed
• Maintain effective and standard operational processes
• Improve and maintain a controlled environment with appropriate control activities and risk awareness
• Maintain good relationships with internal clients by anticipating needs, taking feedback, and conducting conferences
• Monitor and actively prioritize workloads for chargeback and specialty manual processes
• Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure high standards
• Identify and manage risk and control breakdowns
• Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and sound judgment; maintain awareness of risks in processes
• Liaise with other departments on projects or workflow processes to ensure representation and smooth operation

• Knowledge and experience with data entry, management, wrangling, and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, databases, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau)

• Ability to multi-task and be self-directed
• Relevant data analytics experience (typically three years or more); in lieu of a degree, related work experience may be considered
• Professional interpersonal communication when interacting with others

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Minimum of 3 years of data management experience with expertise in data management and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, databases, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Experience with Card Operations is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of payment processing industry, Visa/MasterCard operating rules and regulations pertaining to Disputes and Fraud (preferred)
• Flexible to move schedule as business needs

Schedule

• Work Schedule: WHEM Shift (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time; Monday-Friday); work during US/PH holidays
