We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development / Client Solutions Specialist
to drive the acquisition of
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
clients across global markets, including the
US, EMEA, and ASPAC
regions. This role bridges the gap between sales, recruitment strategy, and client delivery — ensuring seamless communication and alignment from prospecting to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new RPO clients in target global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Attend and confidently conduct
exploratory calls
with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and present tailored RPO solutions. - Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to align client requirements with service capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, and pricing models to prospects.
- Work closely with marketing to develop sales collateral and targeted campaigns.
- Track and report business development activities, sales pipeline, and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
in business development, sales, or client solutions within the recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing industry. - Strong track record of acquiring clients in US, EMEA, and ASPAC markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and conduct professional exploratory/discovery calls with senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with RPO, staffing, or talent acquisition processes.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of recruitment technology and talent acquisition best practices.
- Network of contacts in target regions and industries.
