About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial management cycle, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes. The role ensures the integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities to support business objectives.
  • Oversee month-end close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Develop and lead a remote finance team fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
