We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning within the organization. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, and investment decisions.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance against targets, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial performance metrics and benchmarks to assess operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic alternatives and assess potential impacts on financial performance.
- Analyze cost structures, profitability drivers, and cost allocation methodologies to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and resource reallocation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining service levels and quality standards.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, including market dynamics, competitive pressures, and regulatory changes, and incorporate risk factors into financial forecasts and scenario planning.
- Develop sensitivity analysis and stress testing scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of external factors on financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and drive process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance, insights, and support to enable informed decision-making and drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
