The company is seeking an experienced accounting professional who will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting activities. The successful candidate will manage a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with other departments to support the financial health of the company.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. They will ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.

The Accounting Manager will implement and maintain accounting procedures in compliance with regulations and company policies. They will develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with executive management and department heads.

They will monitor budget variances and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Accounting Manager will oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

They will review and approve payment batches, vendor invoices, and customer billing statements. The Accounting Manager will coordinate tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.

They will work with external auditors and tax advisors to support audits and resolve tax issues. The Accounting Manager will conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

They will provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency. The Accounting Manager will recruit, train, and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives and driving results.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and corporate finance concepts, with expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Financial certification (CFA, CPA, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, and drive execution to achieve desired outcomes.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools, financial software applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
