Accounting Supervisor Position

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented accounting leader to oversee our finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team of finance professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, preparing financial reports, and providing guidance to team members.

The position requires a certified public accountant (CPA) designation and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
