We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee and manage finance initiatives and programs.

Job Description:
  • To lead and execute financial strategies aligned with our business objectives, we require an individual who can work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute financial programs that drive growth and improve performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, as well as establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic financial programs and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
  • Define program goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, and establish KPIs to measure program success and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive alignment on program objectives and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and integration.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities related to program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and course correction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
