At a fast-paced and ambitious organisation, we are looking for a dynamic finance leader to head up our finance team.

The role involves providing strategic support to senior management and ensuring the financial integrity of the finance function. A commercially minded and astute individual with strong business planning skills will be successful in this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial forecasting and budgeting, as well as proficiency in financial software and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information.
  • Develop and lead the evolution of financial reporting processes and business systems.
  • Support budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.

Qualifications include an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) and 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role.
