Job Description

As a Logistics and Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening our business partnerships with distributors. Your key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our distributors' warehouses and inventory management systems.
  • Implementing, following up, and updating field sales plans for assigned distributors.
  • Working with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved through both vendor-led and internally-funded campaigns and activations.
  • Creating and implementing category growth strategies to drive business results.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to launch and track campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • No less than 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to travel as needed and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
