Job Title: Strategic Support ProfessionalAbout the Role

The strategic support professional will serve as a right-hand person to the CEO, managing his calendar, inbox, and travel while ensuring timely completion of deadlines and tasks. This role will also involve office administration, event coordination, and team communication support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, meetings, and travel, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Office Administration & Team Support
  • Oversee general office operations, suppliers, and internal processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain office systems and documentation to facilitate easy access to information.
  • Support with basic finance tasks and liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate financial management.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting a founder or senior leader in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Experience with events management and/or social media management is a plus; openness to mentoring in investor relations is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to adapt quickly and work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, project management software, CRMs).
