Eteam Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong background in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services offered by Eteam Workforce Private Corporation
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
