We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to support a busy executive in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives on managing diverse responsibilities with efficiency and finesse.
About the Role- Manage and coordinate a dynamic, fast-paced executive schedule, arrange appointments, and handle domestic and international travel logistics
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times
- Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress
- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties
- Occasionally manage personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed
