Administrative Support Role in Property Management

This position involves supporting daily property management operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

  • Create and maintain client records and property documentation accurately.
  • Regularly update databases to reflect current client and property information.
  • Book, schedule, and coordinate suppliers, trades, and contractors for ongoing property works.
  • Schedule routine and ad-hoc property inspections.
  • Generate and distribute audit reports, checklists, and other compliance documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare and deliver regular work progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Draft and send notification letters as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and other departments.
  • Handle confidential information discreetly and ensure data integrity.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Candidates with real estate industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is necessary.
