Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Updates: Update the company website with book details, announcements, and author information, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Author Support: Communicate effectively with authors, providing timely updates, support, and guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inquiry Handling: Handle inquiries and messages across different platforms with accuracy and professionalism, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, files, and shared drives as needed, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to streamline daily operations, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with flawless grammar and spelling.
