Job Overview

Sleek is seeking a seasoned Auditor to safeguard the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data. This role requires developing and enforcing robust SOPs, executing data quality and remediation programs, conducting internal audits, and maintaining client feedback mechanisms with integrity.

">Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across audited deliverables with timely issue identification and communication.
  • Develop at least five Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually for key processes, ensuring Operations team support.
  • Update published SOPs annually or as needed to reflect current processes.
  • Lead data quality and remediation projects, initiating at least one cross-functional cleanup effort within six months and resolving over 50% of identified issues.
  • Perform high-quality internal audit within 12 months, adhering to international standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as auditor.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple workstreams.
