Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our quality assurance efforts as a Call Quality Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting and implementing quality standards, providing accurate feedback, and analyzing performance trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review conversations across all contact touchpoints to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain audit, coaching, and performance logs
  • Document observations and provide training to team members
  • Participate in call calibration sessions and team meetings to discuss agent evaluation feedback
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Customer Service and Sales
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and submit high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of data analysis and research skills
  • Experience in a training and coaching environment
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce
