Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Plumbing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of residential work orders daily, overseeing licensed plumbers in the field.

  • Review and validate diagnoses, scopes, and quality control measures before work progresses.
  • Evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify incomplete or inaccurate bids and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and escalate quality concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation and data entries are accurate and complete.
  • Serve as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
  • Master Plumber certification or equivalent.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.
  • Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues.
  • Ability to identify subpar work and guide contractors toward correct scope.
  • Clear, confident communication skills for technical discussions.
  • Quick adaptability to new software platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills managing multiple work orders.
