Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.
In this role, you will craft comprehensive test plans, identify and document reported issues, collaborate with customer service, update internal documentation, and report performance issues.
Key Responsibilities- Craft comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products.
- Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution.
- Collaborate with customer service to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
- Update internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes.
- Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience.
- Graduate of any four-year course;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with using apps on mobile and web;
- Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
- Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
