Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional front desk support with a warm and professional presence via telephone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or team member based on caller needs, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Provide general information about our services, processes, and company policies when applicable, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages, utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Follow established call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years), with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse client groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a pleasant, professional phone manner and a customer-centric approach.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients, with a strong understanding of regional market trends and cultural nuances.
  • Background in administrative support or executive assistance, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
