Job Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
