Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience by resolving product or service problems, answering questions, and processing customer orders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze problems and determine the best solution to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Answer customer questions about products or services and provide information on how to use them.
  • Process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues for further assistance.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
