Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with at least one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias. They should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once, while being empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Using Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Staying informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
