We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training and quality initiatives. The Training & Quality Lead will play a pivotal role in aligning customer service processes with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality analysts, trainers, and process analysts to ensure efficient workflows and effective handover processes.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service processes and training effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop high-level reports to identify top QA mistakes and outline corrective actions.
  • Innovate training methods to improve retention and engagement, leveraging automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA, Training, or Process Improvement roles, preferably within customer service or operations.
  • Proven track record of managing QA or training teams, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with tools (Excel, QA software, reporting dashboards), and ability to create efficient processes.
