">The Customer Experience Training Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all processing staff are effectively onboarded, upskilled, and refreshed with the applicable operational processes. This involves collaborating with Business Unit Managers and Leaders in Operations to cascade new products, process changes, and innovations that need to be learned or adapted by operations employees.
">The objective is to empower all employees in Operations to perform their roles with efficiency, ease, and effectiveness. By doing so, we aim to deliver best-in-class service to our customers and enhance their overall experience.
">To achieve this goal, the CX Training Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff. These programs will include:
">- Comprehensive onboarding programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, system access, and relative to their role/function.">
- Upskilling programs to enhance employee's skills and knowledge in life insurance operations and the function performed.">
- Regular refresher courses to ensure employees stay updated with the latest industry practices and company processes.">
Additionally, the CX Training Lead will collaborate with Business Unit Heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions. They will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, make necessary adjustments, and maintain training records and documentation.
