The Process Excellence Lead shall lead and manage medium-to-complex process improvement projects, ensuring measurable benefits are delivered to the business. This role supports the management of the enterprise process excellence portfolio, manage Process Excellence-as-a-Service engagements, maintains process documentation standards, and works with cross-functional teams to implement process solutions and build continuous improvement capability.

  1. PROCESS ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

  2.  Conduct detailed assessments of the as-is processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and risks

  3.  Design the to-be processes aligned with business objectives and process excellence standards
  4.  Establish KPIs to measure process effectiveness, and to monitor progress and stability prior to hand-over to BAU
  5.  Apply BPM, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies to optimize workflows
  6.  Support enterprise process architecture development for assigned business or enterprise areas

  7. PROJECT AND INITIATIVE DELIVERY

  8.  Lead medium-to-complex process improvement initiatives, from planning to implementation

  9.  Manage project scope, timelines, resources and quality standards
  10.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
  11.  Support the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities for the Process Excellence portfolio

  12. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE ADOPTION

  13.  Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations

  14.  Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes
  15.  Provide consultative support to functions implementing process solutions

  16. BPM CAPABILITY BUILDING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  17.  Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement methodologies

  18.  Coach process owners and process project team members to sustain improvements
  19.  Maintain and update enterprise and/or cross-functional process documentation in line with BPM governance standards

  20. PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND REPORTING

  21.  Track project KPIs and report progress, risks, and benefits

  22.  Support setting-up process performance dashboards where data analytics and performance metrics will be used to analyze
  23. process performance data to identify trends and process improvement areas
  24.  Document lessons learned and share best practices for continuous improvement
  25.  As part of the process monitoring and governance, support or lead process audits (as necessary or required) to ensure
  26. compliance to the approved policies or processes

  27. PROCESS DOCUMENT CONTROL

  28.  Manage and maintain the database or repository of the organization's policies and procedures ensuring document reference numbers are assigned by the Document Controller for tracking of version histories.

  29. PROCESS EXCELLENCE-AS-A-SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS

  30.  Manage Process Excellence-as-a-Service engagements for assigned clients or business units, ensuring agreed

  31. deliverables and quality standards are met
  32.  Collaborate with clients to define service requirements, success measures, and timelines
  33.  Deliver process improvement artifacts and required process documentation outputs
  34.  Monitor and report on engagement performance and client satisfaction
  35.  Identify opportunities to enhance Process Excellence-as-a-Service offerings and improve delivery methods

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  •  Lean Six Sigma certification (at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trained, CLSSGB preferred).
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or a related field.
  •  Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
  •  Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  •  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  •  Experience in a mid to large scale BPO, FMCG or Services Organization
  •  Proficiency with process mapping and analysis software (e.g., Visio, LucidCharts).
  •  Knowledge of ISO or other relevant quality standards.
  •  Experience with Agile methodologies.
