Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in powering our clients' hiring success by driving process improvements, optimizing our ATS, and collaborating cross-functionally to make hiring faster, smarter, and more data-driven.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance
  • Lead optimization of our ATS, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details
