Company Overview

Sealed Network is a venture-backed expert network based in Singapore. We connect consulting and investment firms to Southeast Asian localised subject-matter experts for their market research and due diligence purposes. These top-level experts include C-level executives, public-sector leaders, and varied subject matter experts.

Sealed's founders were previously from Grab and Wavemaker Partners (one of Southeast Asia's largest B2B early-stage venture capital funds). The company's investors include Far East Ventures (VC arm of Far East Organization), former DBS Chairman Koh Boon Hwee, and PropertyGuru co-founder Steve Melhuish, amongst other institutional and angel investors.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will support the Client Solutions business function and work with the Client Solutions Associates to:

  • Understand and analyse each client's requests for subject-matter experts
  • Liaise with industry experts through messaging, business calling, and offline networking to recruit and match industry experts based on the clients' needs
  • Conceptualise, develop, test, and validate initiatives to scale the company's business
  • Support the achievement of the company's target
  • Coordinate with client solutions and other co-recruitment associates throughout the process of recruiting experts to ensure that project needs are met

Position Requirements

At Sealed, we place an individual's character and culture fit above competency. We are looking for candidates who possess the following traits:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, and other related courses with up to 3 years of work experience, preferably
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English is a must
  • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Results-driven and passionate about connecting with people
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoys being part of and contributing to a startup's journey
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati, Philippines
