Recruitment is a key function within any organization, driving growth and efficiency. As an expert recruiter, you will be responsible for scaling our recruitment team exponentially in the near future.
This role involves leading the search for top talent across the healthcare industry. Your expertise in head hunting and team management skills are essential in delivering results-driven recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience working with resumes databases and portfolio sites. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with potential candidates and clients.
As a seasoned recruiter, you will be expected to develop drive & leadership skills, balance work with family time, and have fun while doing so. - Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
- Identify qualified candidates using Boolean search and other sourcing methods
- Build relationships with past applicants and encourage referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
- Maintain organized databases with candidates' data
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Report performance on hiring for clients on a weekly basis
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build strategies for hiring specific profiles (US Healthcare providers like Doctors, Nurses, Lab Tech's, Office support staff etc). You will also network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Key Qualifications:
- Highly Preferred - Past experience of hiring Providers for the US Healthcare Market
- Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills
