About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Talent Operations Associate. This is a full-time contract role that involves supporting our recruitment team in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will work closely with senior recruiters to manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts. Your tasks will include responding to candidate inquiries, coordinating email campaigns, monitoring candidate scheduling, and providing feedback on communication templates and campaign tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
